Fernanda Bataiolli
Fernanda is a Paralegal and works on both Family Law and Immigration Law cases. Fernanda was born and raised in Brazil, where she graduated with a Bachelor’s in Law and Social Sciences. She worked as an attorney at a distinguished law firm in Brazil for 10 years.
After leaving Brazil, she lived in the Middle East for three years and worked for the Brazilian Embassy in Abu Dhabi. She represented the Brazilian Government in the United Arab Emirates and worked with Brazilian citizens to provide them with information regarding visa processes, intercultural marriage, immigration, and Brazilian culture for travelers.
Fernanda has a passion for Immigration and Family law based upon her own personal experience as an immigrant in the United States. She has personally faced both the challenges and joys of starting a new life in a foreign country.
Fernanda loves children. When she lived in Brazil, she provided volunteer services for a non-profit organization that assisted children in low-income communities. She contributed to managing activities helping disadvantaged youth develop tools and skills to build their own opportunities in life. As a parent herself, she strives to raise her daughter to be compassionate, empathetic, and
to make a positive change in people’s lives.
She is fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish.
